Coconut Lagoon Resort is a beautifully and uniquely designed Heritage Resort in the solitary Vembanad Lake. Skilled craftsman have re-created a traditional Kerela Village in the Coconut Lagoon Resort by using original old traditional wooden Houses that were bought from all over the state and re-assembled in the resort. The Coconut Lagoon Heritage Resort can only be reached by boat - a ferry leaves from one of the several mainland embarkation points at scheduled times throughout the day.

Accommodation In Coconut Lagoon Resort :

The Coconut Lagoon Resort offers three different kinds of accommodation facility, such as Heritage Bungalows, Heritage Mansions, and The Private Pool Villa. The Villa comes with a private swimming pool and a sitting area with facilities such as air-conditioned rooms, spacious bathrooms, open courtyard and banana tree. The mansions are two storied while the cottages are single level. Most of the furnishing is done with wooden stuff. All the rooms are equipped with Cable TV, Direct Phone, Channel Music, Mini bar, Smoke Alarms and Sprinklers.

Dining :

Coconut Lagoon Resort has a buffet restaurant that serve buffet lunch and dinner along with drinks. Fish Restaurant serves variety of fish culinary in the evening and some superb Kerela cuisine - Vegetarian and non-vegetarian. The restaurant rests in one of the best wooden houses known as 'Ettukettu'. The restaurant is the oldest structure at coconut lagoon originally belonging to prominent Malayali families of nearby villages.
